Please read these simple rules carefully. They help keep rides safe and comfortable for both Riders and Captains.

Our Commitment

FireRide Cab aims to provide a safe, respectful, and reliable ride experience. To maintain this quality, we request both Riders and Captains to follow the rules listed below.

Simple Rules for Riders

Be Polite: Avoid shouting, arguments, or rude behavior with your captain.
Be on Time: When the captain arrives, please come out quickly to avoid delays.
Keep it Clean: Do not throw trash or spill food/drinks inside the vehicle.
No Offline Rides: Do not ask the captain to cancel the app ride and take cash directly. This is unsafe and violates FireRide policy.

Simple Rules for Captains

Valid Papers: Captains must always carry a valid Driving License, RC, and Insurance.
No Bad Habits: No smoking, drinking, or chewing pan/gutka while driving or on duty.
Dress Code: Captains must wear clean clothes. For car drivers, slippers (chappal) are not allowed while driving.
