Store, sign up, enter your destination, and confirm your ride.
We accept two main forms of payment: Cash and UPI. You can pay your driver in cash at the
end of the ride or pay directly through any UPI app via the FireRide app.

Fares are calculated based on a base fare, rate per kilometer, and total distance. All
our rides are subject to a minimum fare. You will always see the estimated fare upfront

Yes! FireRide allows you to schedule rides ahead of time. Just select your pickup date and
time, and our system will assign a captain automatically when the time arrives.
You can choose from Bike Rides, Auto/E-Rickshaw, Economy Cars, and premium SUVs. Select the
ride type based on your comfort, budget, and travel needs.
Yes, FireRide operates 24/7 within Maharajganj. Ride availability depends on active drivers
in your area, but you can request a ride anytime.
You can call or message the driver directly through the app after your ride is accepted. This
keeps your phone number private and secure.
Absolutely. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. FireRide
never stores your full card or UPI details.
