Delete My Account

If you no longer wish to use FireRide, you can delete your account permanently. Please read the steps and important notes below.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Once your account is deleted, all your personal information — including your name, photo, past ride history, and saved data — will be permanently removed from FireRide.

Steps to Delete Your Account

  • 1. Open the FireRide App.
  • 2. Tap the Menu icon (3 lines).
  • 3. Go to “Settings”.
  • 4. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”.
  • 5. Type “DELETE” and confirm.

Important Note

If you have any pending payments or dues, you will not be able to delete your account until all outstanding amounts are cleared.
