Safety Comes First

At FireRide, safety is not just a feature — it is our #1 priority. Both riders and captains must follow our rules to ensure a safe and respectful ride experience.

Zero Tolerance Policy

FireRide follows a strict zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that puts anyone at risk.

Drunk Behavior: If a rider or captain is found under the influence of alcohol or drugs, their account will be blocked immediately.
Harassment: Any form of sexual harassment — bad touch, inappropriate comments, or abusive words — will result in an instant ban and Police action.

FireRide does not compromise with safety. We take immediate action to protect our community.

Emergency SOS

Your app includes a dedicated safety feature for emergencies.

In-App SOS Button: If you ever feel unsafe during a ride, you can press the SOS button in the FireRide app.
Instant Location Sharing: When SOS is pressed, your live location is shared with our Safety Team and your trusted contacts.

Our team monitors SOS alerts instantly and takes quick action to keep you safe.
